Christmas came early this year, TWICE (트와이스) fans!
Your favourite idol girl group will be dropping a special Christmas edition of their 3rd mini-album, titled “TWICEcoaster: LANE 1”, this holiday season.
JYP Entertainment took to Twitter to share some of the album’s concept photos and dare we say, the members look super cute in those Santa girl costumes. Since the music video for “TT”, which was viewed over 74 million times on YouTube, was inspired by Halloween, it’s only fitting that TWICE release a Christmas-themed clip, don’t you think?
Like the previous versions (apricot and magenta neon), the Christmas edition of “TWICEcoaster: LANE 1” will contain 7 tracks including “1 to 10”, “Jelly Jelly”, “One in a Million”, and “Next Page”.
TWICE consists of 9 members – Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu – and was dubbed the younger version of Girls’ Generation.
Having made their debut in October 2015, the girls are known for their fresh image and cute choreography. To date, TWICE has released 3 albums and has spawn many hit songs such as “Cheer Up“, “Like OOH-AHH”, “Truth”, and “Like A Fool”. The group also won “Best Female Group” at the 2016 MAMA (Mnet Asia Music Awards), which took place in Hong Kong.
The 3rd version of “TWICEcoaster: LANE 1” is slated for release on 19th December. Fans can make pre-orders starting 12th December.
