Good news, food lovers!
London-based restaurant chain Burger & Lobster is opening in Malaysia – at the brand new Sky Avenue Resorts World Genting, to be exact. Though no official opening date has been announced, it is said that the iconic eatery is set to open next month (December 2016). This also marks the franchise’s first South East Asian outlet.

Founded by 4 school friends in 2011, the idea behind Burger & Lobster was to set up a restaurant where the focus was perfecting the craft of just one or 2 main ingredients. The first outlet started out in a small Irish pub in Mayfair, London. Since then, the franchise has expanded its business to Dubai, Jeddah, Kuwait, New York, and Stockholm.
As the restaurant only uses 2 main ingredients, the menu is simple – burger, lobster (grilled or steamed), and Japanese-inspired lobster roll. All dishes come with chips (skinny fries) and salad (served with tangy vinaigrette dressing), of course.

We can’t wait to see how the restaurant looks like when it opens 🙂 Stay tuned to this post for more updates!
