Zico (지코) finally broke his silence after paparazzi revealed his relationship with AOA’s Seolhyun (김설현).
A fan known as tory369, shared Zico’s 2016 Nike Unlimited Korea performance on Instagram. The Block B leader started off his rap with, “Ah, there’s that one memory that I can’t forget. The day my car, my house, and my personal life got revealed to everyone,” referring to the day Dispatch published “date” photos of him and Seolhyun.
He continued:
“I’m sorry to the fans that were disappointed. But the fact that you guys are first won’t change, right. I remember all my past mistakes. But there are things you should be more worried about than my private life.
That’s the real right that you should look for. But the owners of this country are you. You should know, to many haters, that I got hate comments from you guys for 5 years. You cursed out my personality, my parents, and made sexually harassing comments, even though you’d shut up if you got a lawsuit.”
On 10th August, Dispatch released images of the couple going on multiple dates. Apparently, the 2 met through work when they had overseas promotions and music program schedules.
Shortly after the photos were released, both Seven Seasons (Block B’s label) and FNC Entertainment (AOA’s label) have confirmed that Zico and Seolhyun are dating.
