We still have a couple of months to go before the latest film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe hits theatres. But until then, a new set of movie merchandise from “Doctor Strange” has already surfaced online.
Thanks to an official licensed calendar from Amazon, Marvel fans now have another look at Benedict Cumberbatch in full Sorcerer mode. Rest assured that this piece of merch is spoiler free as it only features the Sorcerer Supreme and no one else.
The 16-month bilingual (English/French) wall calendar features 13 colourful spreads of artwork which is clearly inspired by the Sorcerer’s Supreme psychedelic style from the movie. The trippy promotional art highlights every month from 2017 following the final 4 months from 2016.
To quote Adrienne Tyler, “there’s no doubt Marvel wants to make clear that ‘Doctor Strange‘ will be hugely different than anything we have seen in the MCU before, not only in terms of visuals, but also in narrative, as it will take us to dimensions that have only been briefly teased in other movies while some others remain unknown.”
For those interested in purchasing the awesome-looking “Doctor Strange” calendar, you can check out the Amazon link here. However, the item is still listed as “currently unavailable” (as at time of writing). So do check back on the status in a few days time to see if you can place your orders.
Marvel’s “Doctor Strange” will cast a spell on audiences when it hits theatres on 4th November 2016.
