Song Joong Ki fans, rejoice!
Though “Descendants Of The Sun” (태양의 후예) is over, the actor will be making a special appearance in his best friend Lee Kwang Soo’s upcoming web drama, “The Sound Of Your Heart” (마음의 소리)!
On 16th May, a source from the star’s management agency, Blossom Entertainment, said, “Song Joong Ki is participating today in the shooting for KBS 2TV web drama ‘The Sound Of Your Heart'”.
Song Joong Ki and Lee Kwang Soo met on the set of “Running Man” and have remained close friends for over 7 years. Apparently, the actor wanted to return the love he received from his friend because Kwang Soo appeared on the first episode of “Descendants of the Sun”.
Don’t you love a good bromance? 😉
Besides that, the actor recently revealed to his fans at a fan meeting in Beijing that he wants to go on another holiday with Kwang Soo. The pair previously went on a trip to Thailand with actor Jo In Sung (from “It’s Okay, It’s Love”) last June.
“I need Lee Kwang Soo to tag along. Someone has to spend money for me. Just kidding. He’s a really close friend of mine, so if we find the time, we should go on a trip together,” said the 31-year-old star.
“The Sound Of Your Heart” is based on the popular webtoon of the same name and is set to air in fall this year. The web drama stars Lee Kwang Soo and Jung So Min.
