It has barely been 2 weeks since the release of “Fire“, but Bangtan Boys (BTS) are now back again with another music video.
“Save Me” is the 3rd music video released for their special album “Young Forever”. The group has surprised fans yet again, as they made the video public without any prior announcement or teasers.

The MV starts off slowly with main vocalist Jimin staring at the camera with a desolated expression, while dancing and singing to the melody. As Jimin exits the first verse with “Don’t wanna be lonely, just wanna be yours,” Jungkook enters the scene with powerful yet graceful dance moves. Vocalists V and Jin ends the pre-chorus, and throughout the rest of the MV, we see the whole of BTS bursting into intense and synchronised dance moves.
The 3-minute long MV shows BTS dancing to the song in an empty piece of land. It is different from past BTS MVs, which usually have ambiguous story lines and melancholic themes.

This comeback has been a galore for fans, with unexpected MV releases and performances on music shows. Armies (as BTS fans are lovingly known as) were surprised when Big Hit Entertainment dropped the first teaser-cum-MV, “EPILOGUE: Young Forever” on 19th April without any notice.
That wasn’t the end of the surprises.
On 1st May, the main focus of the comeback, the MV for “Fire“, was released. It was followed closely by the dance version MV and dance practice video. On music shows, BTS left fans wanting more when they performed “Save Me” and “Butterfly”, the latter which they choreographed themselves.
“Fire” has been performing fairly well on the charts, with BTS winning 3 awards on music shows so far.
