Zara has opened its new store at Pavilion Damansara Heights in Kuala Lumpur, introducing the brand’s latest store concept. Spanning more than 1,800 square metres of commercial floor space on a single floor, the store offers an extensive selection of Women’s and Men’s collections, alongside dedicated spaces for fragrances, denim and Shoes & Bags, the latter presented in a particularly generous and spacious setting.
The opening reinforces Zara’s commitment to retail innovation, offering customers a new destination where fashion, architecture and advanced technology come together to create an elevated shopping experience.

Conceived by Zara’s Architecture Studio, the store has been designed to offer a welcoming and refined experience, with a cohesive architectural language throughout the space. A sequence of carefully curated areas creates a fluid journey through the different collections, while boutique-style spaces featuring distinctive designs and furniture establish a closer connection between the customer and the product.
The interior combines warm and refined materials, including wood, steel finishes and stone-like surfaces. Dedicated areas punctuate the Women’s and Men’s collections, while the denim space incorporates distinctive steel elements that give the area its own architectural character. The spacious Shoes & Bags area further enhances the presentation of these collections within the store.
Innovation In Customer Service

Zara Pavilion Damansara Heights integrates advanced technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Customers can interact with the brand both in-store and through zara.com and the Zara app, with services that facilitate product browsing and location across the integrated store and online experience.
The store incorporates assisted checkout areas, including accessible payment stations, as well as dedicated checkouts for returns. It also features a specific collection point for online orders, further integrating Zara’s physical and digital shopping experiences.
Efficiency In Line With Sustainability

In line with Zara’s commitment to sustainability, Zara Pavilion Damansara Heights incorporates advanced energy-efficiency systems, including efficient heating and cooling systems and LED lighting designed to reduce energy consumption while maintaining a high-quality in-store environment.
In addition, the store is connected to Inergy, Inditex’s internal platform for centrally monitoring electricity and air-conditioning consumption. The system helps optimise energy management, improve maintenance and identify strategies to reduce energy demand.
