It’s the end, peeps :'(

The singer announced the closure of her popular boutique, November Culture, earlier today (Thursday, 3rd May) via her Instagram.

In her post, she explained that she’s shutting down her business due to “unforeseen circumstances”.

Her full message reads:

“It is indeed very sad to announce I am closing down November Culture. Y’all know that I am NC & NC is me. I love my business with all my heart, but it’s time to say goodbye. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer have the financial capability to run the business.

I creative direct, shop, (and model!) and take most of the photos too myself – it really is my baby, & I came to a point where I had to change my creative direction to what was selling best right now to make fast money and save the business..and I just couldn’t bring myself to do it ?. However I’m proud to say I gave it my best shot! November Culture is fully independent, no investors, no backers, no one to tell me what to sell or do to make it ‘laku’, just me and a couple of people doing what we love, we got a huge following worldwide too!”

A little walk down memory lane as we say bye-bye to @novemberculture, here are some of my fav photos by @aimanness ❤️❤️❤️

Although the closing of November Culture is an unfortunate matter, we’re glad to know that Yuna at least gleamed some precious lessons out of it.

Her post continues,

“I learned a lot about business and how wonderful and disappointing it can be, and I came out of it a better person. Thank you all for your love and support for NC! The models, the photographers, staff, the customers – thanks for giving me a chance to do this, I love you! Know that I didn’t give up, I’m just starting a new chapter in my life.”

A visit to November Culture website also yielded a closing announcement:

However, Tiny Forest, her terrarium store based in Subang Jaya, is still open, so be sure to support her!
