vivo V27e Launch
1st March marked the launch of vivo’s latest addition to their V series; the V27e! Needless to say, the launch was a massive hit, with plenty of local celebs and KOLs showing up to hype up the event. From artist Jang Han-byul and influencer Aun Li Ying (安俐颖) making an appearance, to Astro radio announcer Tincy Tan (陈昱汐) emcee-ing – vivo’s launch went off without a hitch.
The launch was buzzing, as people tested out the phone for themselves. It was a common sight to see fellow attendees testing out the new vivo V27e’s camera, with many making use of the Aura Light Portrait to take aesthetic selfies. We also got to taste cupcakes and a lavender crepe cake from Vanilla Crepe, which fit perfectly with vivo’s lavender-themed phone.

The press conference for the 6th annual Malaysia International Film Festival was held at PARKROYAL COLLECTION KL on Thursday, 2nd March. A slew of activities for this year’s installment were announced; as was the theme “New Take”, a collaboration with BMW Shorties.

“Anwar: The Untold Story” Launch Party
“Anwar: The Untold Story” is an upcoming Malaysian film that’s been making waves for months now, and guess what? Malaysians will soon be able to catch it at their nearest cinema! Actor Farid Kamil plays the lead role of Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, while Acha Septriasa will star as his spouse, Dr. Wan Azizah. We attended the film’s launch on Wednesday, 1st March. “Anwar” will hit movie theatres nationwide sometime in May.
