Art Of Speed Malaysia 2023 PC
Calling all motorheads! The Art Of Speed Malaysia festival is coming back this month, and it’s going to be bigger than ever! For those who are curious, the Art Of Speed (or AOS) is a Kustom and Counter Culture event that brings together various communities from within and outside the country.
At the press conference, we learned that with the theme of “Celebrate Your Differences” (Raikan Beza Mu), AOS Malaysia 2023 is scheduled to take place for two days – 29th and 30th July – at MAEPS Serdang. Among the interesting activities scheduled are a Hot Wheels exhibition and SoundCircus music performances by well-known bands such as Plague Of Happiness and Massacre Conspiracy.

Tower Fashion Eleganza KL 2023 PC
In conjunction with World Skyscraper Day, KL Tower will stage a record-breaking fashion show on 9th September, 2023 – on the Sky Deck, 300 metres above ground level! We attended the press conference announcing the show, and were totally mindblown!
Tower Fashion Eleganza Kuala Lumpur 2023 (TFEKL23) will showcase the work of 15 top-notch Malaysian designers, including Radzuwan Radziwil, Carven Ong, Bon Zainal, Fizi Woo, Rasta Rashid, Kalima, Leslie Variyan and many more, paraded by more than 75 of the country’s most sought-after models. TFEKL23 was ideated and organized by Bon Fashion Legacy and Nuunaa Management, and made possible by a collaboration between Menara Kuala Lumpur, Tourism Malaysia, DBKL, KL Hop on Hop Off, and Gentlemen’s Code.

Anuar Zain’s 40th Anniversary Concert PC
We were stoked to attend Anuar Zain’s 40th Anniversary Concert, this week. After teasing fans about an “exciting surprise”, the legendary singer revealed that he will hold an anniversary concert this October to mark his 40th year in the music industry.
At the press conference, we got all the details about the upcoming AZ40 from the man himself. We were also treated to a live performance of his hit songs, “Keabadian Cinta” and “Sedetik Lebih”, with piano accompaniment by music director Sze Wan. Tickets will be available to the public from July 12th onwards at www.jiotix.asia.

Latest Drops @ Red Army Watches
We attended the special unveiling of three new timepieces by independent watch brand Behrens, as well as the latest star from Horizon Watches, at Red Army Watches @1Utama.
Behrens is a Hong Kong-based watchmaker that specialises in watchmaking and watch customization. Every Behrens watch you choose will be an art piece on your wrist, complete with unique intricacies. Horizon Watches, meanwhile is the fulfilment of Fred Bekher’s long-held desire of owning his own watch brand. Founded in 2021, the brand draws inspiration from legends and experiences of the past, with a keen eye for design detail.

Kedah Fashion Week 2023 Preview
We attended a preview of the highly-anticipated Kedah Fashion Week 2023, which is scheduled to run from 4th to 6th August, at Aman Central Shopping Complex in Kedah. The event will be a 3-day fashion extravaganza celebrating all things fashion in the northern region. With the theme of “Big Bang”, the star-studded affair guarantees an intense level of glamour, unforgettable experiences and visually-stunning showcases.
Attendees can look forward to showcases by established local and international designers, fashion labels and lifestyle brands. Designers to be featured include Ikmal Mukmin, Jeremy Lim, Asyraf Arrif, Ezuwan Ismail, Anuar Faizal, Teddie Alrashed, Oscar Lee, ByTwoo, Daniel Zharif, Dee Roslan, Salleh Hamid, Amaze, Naemah Khuntum, Hasfitri Yusof, Wan & Mary, Seth & Luna, Kanapot Aunsorn (Thailand) and Yadanar (Myanmar).

PMC X Sabah F.C. “1963” Kit Collab
If you love fashion and sports, then Pestle & Mortar Clothing (PMC)’s apparel should be your go-to gear! Together with Lotto Malaysia, the clothing brand recently collaborated with the official Sabah Football Club to launch the new “1963” kit collection! This was Asia’s first football and fashion collaboration – who’d have guessed it?
We were there to see and feel the new collection at the PMC outlet at APW, Bangsar and we couldn’t get enough of the fabric. It was definitely comfortable when we had the chance to try it on. By incorporating retro elements of Sabah’s heritage into its design, the jersey boasts captivating detailing that blends modern aesthetics with nostalgic elements, ensuring it will be cherished by both long-standing supporters and new fans alike. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s Summer Collection Launch
Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf recently revealed their curated summer delights at an exciting event which allowed us to rediscover the joys of our childhood. While playing nostalgic games, like Batu Seremban and Jenga, we also sipped on their all-new Strawberries & Cream Ice Blended drink and Strawberries & Cream Cold Brew Tea. The cold delight certainly made the experience all the sweeter!
Of course, they also allowed us a sneak peek at their latest merch, all strawberry-themed. And we have to admit, if you love strawberries, this collection is definitely one you don’t want to miss out on.
