It’s no surprise that most K-pop idols are really fit because they require a lot of stamina to pull off those insane dance moves. In fact, T-ARA’s Jiyeon (지연) recently caught netizens’ attention for her impresive strength – and maybe even something else.
In a video posted on her Instagram account, the K-pop star was seen exercising on an adductor machine in a gym. Those who frequent gyms know that working out on adductor machines requires tremendous amounts of strength and since the singer managed to lift over 82 kg, it’s no wonder she got everyone in awe.
One netizen commented, saying “Wow, I was dying when I lifted 37 (kg) on this machine. Do I need to go to the gym today?” while another said, “I can barely do 54 (kg) but she’s doing 84 (kg)”. Some even felt inspired by the idol, including one netizen who commented, “Suddenly I want to go back to the gym”.
But that wasn’t the only thing that caught netizens’ eyes because the 29-year-old’s form-fitting workout bottoms showed off her toned and curvaceous body. Even her husband, former baseball player Hwang Jae Gyun (황재균), had to share his amazement by commenting, “Why is your lower body strength this strong?”.
