Former DOLLA member Syasya has been quite active on social media, particularly on TikTok, since leaving the group and getting married. She frequently updates fans on her life and pregnancy journey, showing that she’s enjoying every moment to the fullest.
Previously, the 23-year-old shared her experience of being involved in a minor motorcycle accident, which left fans worried. However, yesterday (3rd October), she surprised fans in a more impressive way, revealing two hijab designs inspired by K-pop group NCT (엔시티), which were designed by Syasya herself. Here’s what she shared:
In the three-minute video, Syasya began by humorously calling the hijabs “one of Syasya’s failures,” as she had originally designed them to wear at an NCT concert but eventually didn’t attend. “I actually created two different patterns, one for NCT 127 (엔시티 127) and another for NCT Dream (엔시티 드림), because I wanted to stand out from the other fans,” she joked. She admitted that the final product didn’t turn out as she envisioned, laughing, “They’re kind of ugly, so thank god I didn’t go to the concert.”
Syasya walked through the creative process, showing some of her draft designs. She then demonstrated how she styled the NCT Dream pattern hijab, explaining the details printed on the fabric. The hijab features the initials of each group member along with the group’s name. “I’m not sure how I feel about it,” she said, “because I printed it as a bawal shawl, but I wanted to style it like a regular shawl.”
The singer continued by showing her second design, inspired by another NCT sub-unit, NCT 127. The hijab is adorned with green ribbons and the number 127 is scattered across it. “Since I was into the coquette aesthetic at the time, I decided to mix that with the group’s vibe and turn it into a hijab,” she explained.
Fans were in awe of the ex-DOLLA member’s hidden talent, with many praising Syasya’s creativity and dedication to designing her own hijab patterns. Several followers complimented the unique designs and even encouraged her to consider selling them. While others couldn’t help but notice her impressive Doraemon collection in the background, mentioning her love for the cartoon character.
