As the final days of Stray Kids (스트레이 키즈) “DominATE” tour approach, fans are buzzing with anticipation about what’s coming next. Luckily, they won’t have to wait much longer. On the 24th July (Thursday), the group surprised everyone by releasing a trailer for their comeback album, “KARMA”. This instantly sparked excitement across the fandom.
Since it has been exactly a year since their last domestic album, this comeback feels especially significant for STAYs. Moreover, the announcement has reignited enthusiasm and sparked conversations throughout the fan community. As the release date draws closer, anticipation grows steadily and fans hope for fresh music that showcases Stray Kids’ unique style and artistic growth.

Formed by JYP Entertainment in 2017, Stray Kids quickly made a name for themselves in the competitive K-pop scene. Their debut mini-album, “I Am NOT”, earned platinum certification from the Korea Music Content Association (KMCA). This marked a strong start to their career. However, it was their 2020 release, “Go Live”, that truly became their breakthrough. It transformed them from rising stars into one of the industry’s powerhouses.
Their most recent Korean studio album, “ATE”, featured eight tracks and achieved huge success. It climbed to #1 on the Billboard 200 chart, marking Stray Kids’ fifth consecutive album to top the US charts. The album was also named K-pop Album of the Year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025. This accolade highlights their global influence and growing dominance, not only in Korea but worldwide.

Now, with the confirmation of the new album, STAYs are buzzing with excitement for new Stray Kids music. The trailer hints at a concept centred around competition and sports. It combines a sleek, futuristic aesthetic. This promises to bring fresh, dynamic energy to Stray Kids’ music and visuals. It also showcases their continued evolution.
“KARMA” is scheduled to drop on the 22nd August (Friday) at 1pm KST. As the release date nears, fans eagerly await more teasers and details. They are confident this comeback will push the boundaries of K-pop and highlight the group’s distinctive style and artistry even further.
