2025 is starting on a great note for Stray Kids (스트레이 키즈) member Bang Chan (방찬)! The rapper was recently announced as the newest global brand ambassador for luxury brand Fendi, following in the footsteps of his JYP Entertainment senior, TWICE’s (트와이스) Mina (미나).
The Italian luxury brand shared the exciting news through social media, welcoming the idol to the Fendi family. The post writes, “Fendi is pleased to welcome Bang Chan, leader and member of the K-pop boy band Stray Kids, as the newest #FendiAmbassador. Fendi and Bang Chan look forward to embarking on this exciting journey together.” The caption accompanies a video of Bang Chan modelling pieces from the brand’s Spring Summer 2025 collection.
The rapper also shared his thoughts about the new partnership, saying, “I felt an immediate connection to Fendi with its creative and fun spirit; it is my honour to join the Fendi family in its 100th anniversary year, which makes it even more special.” Following the official announcement, Bang Chan shared some behind-the-scenes photos from his first photo shoot with the brand on his Instagram account.
Of course, the news was well-received by STAYs (Stray Kids fans), who congratulated the star on his new partnership. Many have waited for Bang Chan to officially be named a Fendi ambassador after his appearance at the Fendi menswear spring 2025 fashion show in Milan in June 2024. The 28-year-old attended the event with fellow Fendi ambassadors, British actor Nicholas Galitzine and Japanese idol Meguro Ren (目黒蓮).
