If you’re a regular TikTok visitor, you’ve probably heard of the song “Begitu Sulit Lupakan Rehan” by Intan Lembata Bunting. The song is so popular that at the time of writing, its audio has been used by over 170k TikTok users worldwide. Recently, she posted another video that is slightly more controversial, and slightly more creepy too if you think about it. If you haven’t heard of her, let us spill the beans for you.
Intan Lembata Bunting, the not-so-ordinary Indonesian girl, posted a TikTok video a few months back of her singing the song “Cukup Dikenang Saja” by the band The Junas. What made her skyrocket to fame was that she creatively changed the lyrics to fit her situation with her ex-lover Rehan.

A few weeks after the singing video, she followed up with several other videos about Rehan, but never once showed his face. Netizens went crazy when she posted one TikTok video saying that she is impregnated with 16 babies by the one and only, mysterious Rehan. Intan usually posts videos with the camera close to her face but in this particular video, she recorded from below to show her “pregnant” belly to users.
In the video posted, she rubs her belly and says that “I am happy with Rehan and the abundance of blessings I get from our relationship together”. On top of that, she says “I will be waiting for Rehan’s marriage proposal so we can raise our children happily together. I love you Rehan”. But by then, TikTok users are starting to feel doubtful about the existence of Rehan.

Her fame soared to higher lengths after this video, even earning her an interview with Angga Candra on the Indonesian talk show “Tanya Aku Dong!”. In the interview, the TikToker revealed that she has known Rehan for over a year. The two first met when she was asleep, surrounded by the a corn-filled jungle. This has made TikTok users madly confused with her story.
The talk show host even asked her directly whether Rehan is real. She replied saying that their relationship is “A love that is there but is not there. Our love is true but not in the eyes of everybody else.” She evaded Andra’s questions by answering vaguely which confuses viewers still.

Scrolling through the TikTok comments, many highly doubtful users constantly asked about Rehan’s whereabouts. Adding fuel to the flame, she failed to clarify her relationship with Rehan in the interview, which makes users speculate. All of this is from the fact that Rehan has never been seen by the public eye and could be just anyone.
Many even joked that whoever they know is named Rehan, is Intan’s lover Rehan. This includes someone’s brother and one even has an office friend with the same name that they think is the real Rehan. Some comments even speculated that Rehan is not even real, that he’s just her hallucination.
