Previously, the pilot of this Malaysian airline made the right call to turn the plane around for an emergency landing when a passenger allegedly made threats to blow up the aircraft.
While this recent incident was not as terrifying, it was definitely “explosive” to say the least. A US flight had no choice but to make an emergency landing after one of the passengers was suffering from extreme diarrhoea. Watch (viewers discretion advised):

A Delta Airlines flight was supposed to be on its way from Atlanta to Barcelona, Spain. The plane was reported to have departed from Atlanta International Airport around 8:30pm, however, the 8-hour flight was apparently cut short when a passenger was not feeling well. Apparently, the sick passenger was having diarrhoea and left a huge mess throughout the entire aisle of the plane. Yikes!
An audio recording of the incident was released on Twitter where the pilot can be heard saying, “It’s just a biohazard issue. We’ve had a passenger who had diarrhoea all throughout the plane, so they want us to come back to Atlanta.” According to one passenger on the flight, the smell was absolutely horrid and the vanilla-scented disinfectant used on the excrement did not help one bit. “It smelled like vanilla s**t,” the passenger described.
While Delta did not confirm the disgusting incident, they did release this statement: “Delta flight 194 from Atlanta to Barcelona returned to Atlanta following an onboard medical issue. Our teams worked as quickly and safely as possible to get our customers to their final destination. We sincerely apologise to our customers for the delay and inconvenience to their travel plans.”
