Local singer Diorlying Tan (大穎) has faced some ups and downs lately, having gone through a public separation from singer Firdhaus Farmizi (菲道尔). Unfortunately, the singer recently found herself in another scandal – this time, involving an alleged intimate video.
Recently, an explicit video has gone viral, reportedly depicting a couple engaging in a sexual act. However, the couple is said to resemble Diorlying and her ex-boyfriend Firdhaus, causing uproar amongst local netizens. Hoping to get the truth behind the video, a follower shared the news with Diorlying, prompting a response from the singer. However, the young star’s reaction to the news has gotten many in stitches.
Through her Instagram Stories, Diorlying posted a video to deny her involvement in the explicit recording. In her video, she said, “I never ate anyone’s bird-bird!”, which is a reference to fellatio, the act performed in the viral video. She also spoke to a staff member, who speculated that the alleged sex tape might have been AI-generated. However, Diorlying continued to deny the rumours, frantically saying she’ll “never eat bird-bird”.
Funnily enough, a netizen tried to help calm the situation by saying the woman was not Diorlying because the singer’s chest isn’t as big, prompting the star to respond, “I’m a little offended”. In another video, she also said she’s not angered by netizens spreading rumours because she has no involvement in the video. Once again, she humorously emphasised her innocence, yelling, “I never ate anyone’s bird-bird!”.
While it’s good that Diorlying isn’t too bothered by the rumours, we hope people can refrain from spreading the video as it could affect the singer’s image. We also urge the singer to be more strict to avoid such things from happening again.
