In a recent TikTok live session, Abby spoke about the recent issue when she started talking about her ex-husband and Marissa’s father, Norman. For those wondering, Abby and Norman married in 2002 but divorced in 2008. The two had three children together, including Marissa. The “Gerak Khas” star began lamenting about Norman’s lack of concern for the pair’s children, noting that he was never active in the kid’s lives.
Shockingly, Abby then alleged that Norman’s lack of concern was because he never wanted to marry her in the first place. She said the actor was involved with someone else in the past. However, he ended up marrying her, likely out of emotional distress. The 47-year-old then said their relationship fell off after they divorced. It’s also worth noting that Norman and Abby divorced after he cheated on her with actress Memey Suhaiza, who is now his wife.
Abby received full custody of the pair’s three children. However, the actress alleged that Norman hasn’t paid child support in over 17 years, leaving her to fend for her family on her own. She also claimed that he rarely visits and treats his family like strangers. Abby added that he never cared about the recent issues involving Marissa and Aslam, as if the two weren’t his daughter and son-in-law.
In a Threads post, the public figure added that Norman’s lavish lifestyle made her even angrier about him failing to pay child support. Abby claimed that she once hinted to her ex-husband to buy a car for their child’s birthday, only to be ignored. She then said that their child had to take out a loan for the car while their dad bought a luxury sports car. The star also explained that she only asked for the vehicle since Norman could afford to, and not to spoil her child.
