Fame can be exciting but there is also a bad side to it. Once you gain enough attention, privacy tends to go out the window as you’re now recognisable as a viral sensation.
Unfortunately for this young lorry driver, that’s exactly what’s been happening. Not only has he lost his privacy but his new-found fame has made it difficult for him to do his job. Here’s the story:

A lorry driver who goes by Iman Alif posted a video on his TikTok channel earlier this month that ended up reaching over 1.5 million views! Netizens began flooding the comments sections with most of them complimenting his good looks saying, that they’ve never seen a handsome lorry driver such as himself. The young man’s new-found fame also got people wondering how he’s been coping.
Previously, in an interview with mStar, Iman shared that he doesn’t necessarily mind the attention and that he was fine with being recognised while he was on the job. However, his opinion may have changed after some time has passed. According to China Press, the 22-year-old revealed that his new status as an internet celebrity has made it difficult for him to carry out his job.
His job as a lorry driver requires him to travel a lot. Whenever he makes a stop somewhere, people would come up tp him, asking to take photos with him. This, apparently, has been interfering with his work. Unfortunately, even when he’s off duty, he’d be recognised by people due to his charming looks on TikTok.

Having said that, this hasn’t stop him from posting online as he’s still very much active on TikTok. Perhaps Iman Alif can consider switching to an influencer?
