Many of us have come across review videos by influencers and celebrities whenever we’re scrolling through TikTok or Instagram. While it’s always good to know our favourite celebs’ opinions on certain products and services, sometimes we wonder if they’re actually being 100% honest with their reviews.
It’s understandable why these public figures might be bias in their reviews since they’re getting paid. However, a handful of them aren’t afraid to speak their minds and one of them is actress-singer Janna Nick.

Over the weekend, Janna posted a TikTok video of her very honest review of Dubai’s Fix Dessert Chocolatier that has been going viral lately. The singer revealed she bought 3 flavours which were Brownie Fudge, Biscoff, and Kunafe and that each bar of chocolate cost her SGD$59 (RM205). “I’m so scared to even open the wrapping cause of how expensive these are. I was afraid that the chocolate itself was damaged,” she said.
The star first tried the Biscoff-flavoured chocolate and seemingly gave a reaction that would indicate that the dessert was delicious. However, it was all just an act as she then proceeded to say that the taste was, “Biasa je (mediocre)”. The 29-year-old described the first bar of chocolate as just regular white chocolate with “very oily” Biscoff spread inside. “I’d give this one a 2/10 rating,” she said. Unfortunately, the Brownie-flavoured chocolate wasn’t any better. The actress gave the same reaction before saying that the taste was also “Biasa je”.
“The chocolate coating tastes cheap and the brownie fudge inside feels like it has already expired. Another fail! I’d give this a 1/10!” she stated. Now, for the moment of truth. The Kunafe-flavoured Fix Chocolate is the most popular of them all so obviously, Janna has very high expectations for it, hoping that it is worth the hype. Sadly, dreams were crushed once again. “Biasa je. I mean, it’s not bad but definitely not worth RM205. You can make this yourself. You don’t need to go and buy them. So I’d give this a 6/10,” said the “Juang” star.

After posting the video, fans praised Janna for her very honest review saying that they trust her judgement and are no longer interested in buying the expensive viral dessert. Those who have tried the chocolates themselves also agreed with her opinions saying that they’re not worth the money.
