As Heeseung (희승) prepares for his solo debut, the former ENHYPEN (엔하이픈) member is gradually making more and more public appearances. Most recently, the idol, now known as EVAN (에반), made an appearance at an event in Seoul, where he met fans for the first time since leaving his group.
On 22nd April 2026 (Wednesday), EVAN attended the offline launch for the contact lens brand, Qrsessed, for which he’s an ambassador. The event marked the singer’s first public appearance since departing from ENHYPEN in March. As such, many fans gathered to see him in person and to show support.
For the event, the idol donned an all-black suit, which contrasted with his bright blond hair. EVAN also wore coloured contact lenses from the brand, elevating his handsome visuals. During the photo session, he showed various poses for the cameras, showing off a relaxed and confident demeanour in front of the press.
Online, fans have reacted positively to EVAN’s recent public appearance, praising his good looks. While some were still understandably affected by his departure from ENHYPEN, many expressed support for his solo career. Some also said they look forward to hearing new music from the singer.
In related news, KCON recently confirmed that EVAN will be joining the lineup for their Los Angeles event this August. There were previously rumours that the singer would be joining the K-Pop convention as a newly-added guest. EVAN will be a special performer for the “M Countdown” performance, scheduled for 16th August 2026 (Sunday).
It’s worth mentioning that EVAN hasn’t confirmed a date for his solo debut. However, reports say the star is preparing to debut next month or in early summer. Earlier this April, BELIFT LAB dropped new profile images for EVAN ahead of his solo debut. At the same time, the idol also launched his personal Instagram account to stay connected with fans.
