Jin’s (진) upcoming debut solo album, “Happy” is slowly inching closer to us. With the track list for the BTS (방탄소년단) member’s project announced on 16th October, fans are ecstatic for the pre-release single “I’ll Be There” coming out today (25th October)!
Earlier, HYBE dropped a 30-second teaser on YouTube, showing snippets of the song. The short video gave off vibes from the early 2000’s with band music playing in the background. The idol is also dressed in a denim jacket, which was a Y2K staple. Following the grunge aesthetic, he also added studs under his eye as an stylish accessory.

In the vibrant music video, Jin portrayed how he truly feels about his own happiness. The soft, comfortable aura oozing out of the teaser mixed with the energetic and upbeat tune creates an inviting a pleasant tape for all to watch. Fans cheered him on and showed constant support for his debut, expressing how proud they were for how far the artist has come along. Many also lauded the singer for successfully interpreting his version of happy is in just a short video.
“I’ll Be There” is the second of six tracks for this upcoming album, with the singer already releasing the track list. In this collection of songs, multiple artists have taken part in creating and producing, with Red Velvet’s (레드벨벳) Wendy (웬디) also featuring in one of the pieces. Adding on, the main track and album opener for “Happy” is titled “Running Wild”, which was written by Take That’s Gary Barlow.
