Are you ready to #ReimagineKL in a brand new way? Urbanscapes 2018 is set to make a big splash this year, so get ready!

Mark your calendars, peeps. Returning for the 16th year, the 3-week-long festival of arts and music will be held on 3rd – 18th November.

Urbanscapes 2018

Founded in 2002, Urbanscapes is one of the longest-running creative arts festivals in Malaysia. It was initially founded with the aim to bring together Malaysian creative communities from the fields of music, the arts, design, film, and other creative disciplines. The community-centric festival has now grown to include the best from around the world and is built on the belief that great things happen when people come together.

Last year, we saw multiple city spots become playgrounds for music, theatre, design, art installations, markets, and experiential events. This year will be no different. Some of the international and homegrown talents that took part in 2017 were British electronic music group Clean Bandit, rock band TTNG (This Town Needs Guns), Mylets aka Henry Kohen, Mew, as well as SWIMS and The Venopian Solitude.

Here are some of the past highlights:

We’ll reveal the venue and line-up details once it’s announced. Stay tuned 😉
