The TWG Tea Salon & Boutique is the perfect place to celebrate the spirit of Christmas and to enjoy the finest teas from around the world in the most luxurious settings.
This festive offering includes a four course menu paired with a joyful selection of Christmas Lights Tea, a grand green tea blended with spices and nutty tonalities, served hot, or Red Christmas Tea, a theine-free red tea blended with a festival of flavours and spices, served iced.
Starter is a marinated lobster and avocado timbale scattered with coriander and chives served with spinach shoot drizzled with a Love Me Tea infused vinaigrette, accompanied with a scrumptious soup of the day.
And a choice of main courses between a pan-seared lamb loin served with delicate pumpkin puree, gratin dauphinois and accompanied by a lamb jus infused with Comptoir des Indes Tea and a fillet of sea bass served with puréed pumpkin drizzled with a Red Chai Tea infused cream enhanced with notes of cirtus fruit.
For dessert, TWG Tea reveals this year’s unique tea-infused creations with a choice of Noel! Noel! Tea Yule Log (a dark chocolate mousse and apricot marmalade log cake infused with Noel! Noel! Tea and enveloped within light layers of crisp praline and milk chocolate biscuit), or Red Christmas Tea Yule Log (a pomelo orange Yule log fragrantly infused with Red Christmas Tea and layered with sacher chocolate biscuit and scrumptious grapefruit mousse scattered with pearls of milk chocolate).
