Customer purchases of TOMS shoes, eyewear and bags now help TOMS provide shoes, sight, safe births and job opportunities to people in need in over 70 countries.
As of 2015, TOMS has given over 45 million pairs of new shoes to children in need and helped restore sight to over 325,000 people in need.
The new 1 Utama store offers a great selection of TOMS eyewear and shoes – including TOMS limited addition Big Cats Shoe Collection as well as TOMS latest “One for One” product – bags that save lives. Not forgetting a selection of TOMS eyewear, shoes for men, women and kids as well as TOMS latest “One for One” product – bags that save lives.
With every bag you purchase, TOMS will help provide a safe birth for a mother and baby in need.
The new store also offers Malaysians their first opportunity to contribute to TOMS Animal Initiative. TOMS has partnered with National Geographic to support its critical nonprofit work through the Big Cats Collection, which features limited addition footwear for men, women and kids with design elements representing big cats.
Big cats in the wild are disappearing at an alarming rate, and this special collection draws attention to the critical need to protect these majestic creatures for generations to come.
Since 2009, National Geographic’s Big Cats Initiative has worked to reverse this decline through on-the-ground conservation and education projects in Africa, Asia, and North and South America.
These projects include instituting patrols to prevent lion snaring and poaching and building livestock enclosures to protect endangered cats from retaliatory killing.
