Another week, another whirlwind of totally EXTRA events! We were here, there and everywhere!

We hung out with Tommy Hilfiger, rode the latest Lambo, made our eyes pop with L’Oréal Paris’s newest drop, and more. We were on the scene, and vibing like a boss! Just check out our social diary for this past week (don’t be jelly!):


Tommy Hilfiger Pop-up Event x Fourth Nattawat

Tommy Hilfiger recently celebrated its Destination Summer Pop-Up with a star-studded event at the Centre Court of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Highlighting its new Summer Colour Rush Collection, the event drew an array of celebrities from the Southeast Asia region for an unforgettable evening of celebration.

Many fans showed up at the mall just to catch Thai rising star Fourth Nattawat up close, and they were rewarded with his charisma and charm. The atmosphere buzzed with further excitement thanks to live music by DJ Ashley and an electrifying beatboxing performance by Shawn Lee.

 

VIP guests including Donny, Mai Phuong, Kosamak, Glenn Yong and Alvin Chong (ALVN) also graced the event in the latest Tommy Hilfiger Summer 2024 collection, where each celebrity showcased their unique sense of style by adding their own personal touches to their looks.

Throughout the evening, guests were able to enjoy the celebration and capture memorable moments at the AR filter photobooth, as well as personalise their Tommy Hilfiger tote bags at the customisation booth. Here’s what went down:

Lamborghini Urus SE Launch

Lamborghini Malaysia launched its latest beast – the ground-breaking Lamborghini Urus SE, the world’s first plug-in hybrid super SUV. Featuring a new design, optimised aerodynamics, unprecedented on-board technology, and an 800 CV hybrid powertrain, all of which improve upon the Urus SE in terms of comfort, performance, efficiency, emissions, and driving enjoyment. Because of its “two hearts,” thermal and electric, the SE has the highest torque and power values ever, giving it a unique place in its category while reducing emissions by 80%.

Being a hybrid, this vehicle boasts unprecedented performance, as it can tackle any road condition with incredible ease. To go along with its unmatched power, the Lamborghini Urus SE is equipped with the Italian automobile’s signature “feel like a pilot” design DNA, with a sturdy but comfortable leather interior, and is accented with a large 12.3 display at the centre of the dashboard. The Lamborghini Urus SE is now open for booking in Malaysia through Lamborghini Kuala Lumpur, the authorised distributor, with a starting price of RM1,028,000 before taxes, duties and customisation.

L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Panorama Mascara Launch

L’Oréal Paris recently launched their latest product, the L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Panorama Waterproof Mascara, at Aurum Theatre TRX. The event, which celebrated women’s empowerment and cinematic beauty, featured an exclusive screening of “Divermento.” 

Known for their iconic mascaras that promote long-lasting voluminous lashes, L’Oréal’s latest drop brings more to the party! This revolutionary mascara widens the eyes by 1.4 times, promising clump-free, flake-resistant, and smudge-resistant wear for up to 24 hours. 

The Voluminous Panorama Waterproof Mascara encourages wearers to express their stories through their eyes, reflecting the expansive view that a panorama offers. The launch event mesmerised attendees with immersive activities, including a luxurious red carpet walk and exclusive product trials, allowing them to revel in cinematic beauty and experience the transformative power of panorama. 

In collaboration with Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur (AFKL), L’Oréal Paris also introduced the enriching world of French cinema to Malaysia, fostering a significant and impactful partnership. The partnership underscored shared values of celebrating artistic excellence, cinematic glamour, and women’s empowerment through cultural exchange.

HABIB GEMFEST 2024

HABIB’s biggest annual event on gemstones returned with the recent launch of GEMFEST 2024. Happening from now till the end of June, the luxury jewellery brand is shining the spotlight on an incredible selection of eye-catching gemstone jewellery such as the Toi et Moi pink and green tourmaline diamond earrings, a spectacular 34.33 carat Tanzanite necklace set, and highly-coveted Paraiba tourmaline rings.

“The Acolyte” Early Screening @ 1Utama Shopping Centre

Calling all Star Wars fans! It’s time to hop on to your closest sofa because the latest Disney+ Hotstar series is here: “The Acolyte”. In an era before the Galactic Empire rose, the Jedi Order maintained centuries-long peace. But it was not meant to last. Witness how everything crumbles away in this eight-episode epic.

We were at the 1Utama Shopping Centre for an exclusive early screening event, showcasing the series’ first two episodes. Star Wars fans, both young and old, gathered to witness this unforgettable experience. High-ranking officials of the Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club were also present, as were dedicated cosplayers who spared no expense in showing their love for the franchise in an entirely unique way.

“The Acolyte” is available on Disney+ Hotstar now.

Neutrogena Visible Repair Range Launch

Neutrogena Malaysia recently launched their latest Visible Repair range at The Glass Box, The Met Corporate Towers. The new skincare range focuses on combating fine lines and wrinkles which may develop over time due to multiple factors.

The Visible Repair line includes four new products: Visible Repair Regenerating cream, Visible Repair Serum, Visible Repair Night Moisturiser, and Visible Repair Eye cream. All four products are formulated with pure retinol as well as advanced antioxidants to ensure the skin stays firm! The world-famous cinnamon rolls got reintroduced to Malaysians recently, with a new bakery at The Exchange TRX!
