TMJ Shades Datuk Seri Sanusi: “A Clown Will Give Birth To More Clowns”

The tension between Tunku Mahkota Johor (TMJ), Tunku Ismail Idris, and Dato’ Seri Sanusi Md. Nor has reached a new level. If you’ve been keeping track of the drama, then you’ll probably be aware that the two prominent figures have never been shy about calling each other out on social media.

Recently, the Johor Prince was spotted leaving a remark on Datuk Dr. Daud Bakar’s IG post. In the post, TMJ has called for Kedah Darul Aman FC’s owner to advice Sanusi. This apparently came after the latter made a sarcastic comment about JDT FC’s win over KDA FC during the Super League football match earlier this week.

The screenshot from TMJ’s comment was also reposted on @hijaukuning’s Instagram page. He wrote, “Greetings, Tan Sri. I’ve met you at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium previously. You’re a nice person, and I hope God will grant utmost success to you and to Kedah FC. I would also like to take this opportunity to ask Tan Sri to advise the Kedah MB.”

“Tell (Sanusi) to stop tearing apart Johor and Kedah (FC) supporters, especially among the Muslims and Malays. It’s time for him to check his attitude and behave like a real Minister; not be a clown. ‘A Leader will give birth to more leaders; a clown will give birth to more clowns.'” the JDT FC owner added in his comment.

Of course, Sanusi refused to stay silent. He took to his Facebook to issue his response to TMJ’s comment. “Wow!!! Wow!!! What beautiful words he used to promote unity, especially for the Muslims and Malays. (This is) the best example shown by a football club owner for his devotees to follow. Everything is always wrong with others. He’s the only one who’s always right. It’s okay to get mad, but don’t get triggered (‘koyak’),” Sanusi wrote.

Does anyone remember how the beef between TMJ and Sanusi started?
