3 Women Spotted Sitting On Train’s Panel During LRT Commute

While taking the LRT in Kuala Lumpur may be fairly convenient, sometimes, there isn’t any space, let alone seats. Well, a few people recently decided to come up with their own creative solution to the issue, which left many flabbergasted.

As the saying goes: “Where there is a will, there is a way”. These three ladies certainly embodied the phrase when they decided to seat themselves on the panel at the end of the train! Unfortunately, their ‘creative’ solution only left them more uncomfortable by the end of it.

The story was first shared on Xiao Hong Shu (小红书), by a netizen who claimed they witnessed the whole thing. They jokingly alleged that “the LRT has added special seats” and uploaded a photo of three ladies curled up in the nook found at either end of the train and seated on the panel. The netizen alleged that they were foreigners but was unsure of their nationality.

According to said netizen, the three ladies had stepped up to the panel and squeezed in together so all three could fit. “I thought they were filming a movie,” the netizen shared, adding that they couldn’t believe their eyes when the scene played out in front of them. “I watched them climb up like Sadako, before seeing them be invited down by the staff like landlords.”

The netizen explained that the staff had approached the trio when the train arrived at the Dang Wangi station. “The staff there probably received a complaint and directly asked them to get down,” they surmised, adding the ladies had been quiet and embarrassed as they did so, apparently not realising the sign above the area forbidding people from sitting there.

Well, there’s no denying that would have been something to witness! However, we sincerely hope these ladies will be able to find a seat on the LRT next time, or if they can, stand for a few stops until they reach their destination or manage to snag a free seat.
