2023 is already kicking off on an exciting note. There are so many fun and exciting exhibitions to check out! There’s the Demon Slayer Exhibition, the DC World Exhibition, the Van Gogh Alive Exhibition, and now, there’s a brand new exhibition coming to Malaysia on the 21st of March!

Fans of Tim Burton can finally come and check out the out-of-this-world, unique pieces and props at the upcoming exhibition in Pavilion Bukit Jalil. So, mark your calendars because you definitely cannot miss this one!

The upcoming exhibition in KL will showcase Tim Burton’s impressive body of work, exposing how the filmmaker’s mind works. The World of Tim Burton Exhibition will be focusing on distinctive characters and imaginative worlds that can only come from Tim Burton himself.

To enhance the exhibition experience, The World of Tim Burton Exhibition has compiled 50 years of his work into ten different sections. Paintings, drawings, photographs, videos, multimedia art, sculptures and much more will be included in each section.

To jog your memory, Tim Burton has worked with a ton of critically-acclaimed films and series like Netflix’s “Wednesday”, “Corpse Bride”, “The Nightmare Before Christmas”, “Dark Shadows”, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”, and many more. Through this exhibition, you can finally see some of Tim Burton’s finest work first-hand!

Tickets for The World of Tim Burton exhibition at Pavilion Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur will be available for online purchase here. The prices for tickets are as follows;

  • Adults: RM88
  • Children (6-12 years old), Students & Senior Citizens: RM68
  • Person with Disability: RM48
  • Children below 5 years old: Free

In celebration of the exciting exhibition, the mastermind himself will be coming to our shores for a special meet-and-greet session on the opening day! Fans of the famous filmmaker can purchase the limited (100 tickets) VIP Package for RM1500 which includes:

  • Season Pass (Unlimited entry to the exhibition)
  • Special Edition Merchandise
