The name ‘Di Tanah Tinggi’, translates to ‘The High Grounds’, tells the story of where the strawberries are sourced. It pays homage to the land on which they are grown and celebrates the beauty of Malaysian produce.
Inspired by the allure of strawberries, Chef Bella’s passion for reimagining classic desserts with a contemporary twist shine through. By highlighting the natural flavours of strawberries, she crafts them into aesthetically stunning and delectably refined creations.
This midday experience is elegantly presented on a triple-tiered teacake stand, featuring a curated selection of sweet and savoury bites.
