The St. Regis Singapore unveils its reimagined Presidential Suite, a 335-square-metre private residence that brings a refined interpretation of contemporary luxury living to the heart of the city. Designed by acclaimed design firm FBEYE International and complemented by the brand’s signature St. Regis Butler Service, the residence draws inspiration from the organic beauty, lush textures and botanical splendour of the nearby Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Envisioned as an exclusive private sanctuary, the suite seamlessly balances spaces for entertaining, relaxation and productivity, while integrating biophilic design principles, responsible materials and bespoke craftsmanship. As the final chapter in the hotel’s comprehensive guestroom transformation, the Presidential Suite represents the pinnacle of The St. Regis Singapore’s renewed design vision.

Building upon the biophilic residential concept introduced throughout the hotel, the suite interprets the design language on a grander and more bespoke scale. While the guestrooms are defined by soft blues and ivory hues, the Presidential Suite embraces richer tones, layered textures and custom-crafted architectural details, creating a sophisticated yet inviting residential environment.
Inspired by Nature, Designed for Living
The design narrative begins in the foyer, where a custom illuminated botanical-on-glass installation evokes cascading blooms and the tranquillity of a garden enveloped in morning mist.
At the heart of the residence, the Living Salon unfolds as an expansive, light-filled social space connecting the Dining Room, Media Room and private balcony. Sculptural furnishings, rich tactile finishes and a striking textured-glass chandelier create an elegant setting for entertaining, while a baby grand piano serves as a focal point for the suite’s connection to music and culture. Lithographs by acclaimed 20th-century artists including Sam Francis, Marc Chagall and Mark Tobey further reflect the St. Regis legacy of art and culture.
Designed for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations, the Dining Room centres around a bespoke Palissandro marble dining table, complemented by a custom bar trolley that can move effortlessly throughout the residence, from the dining room to the balcony for sunset cocktails.

The adjoining Media Room provides a versatile setting for entertainment and productivity, with a 75-inch television, Bluetooth soundbar and executive work desk. Beyond the social spaces, the Master Retreat offers a quieter sanctuary, centred around a king-sized bed framed by a custom bedhead inspired by the graceful cascade of Salix babylonica, or willow. A spacious walk-in wardrobe connects the bedroom to the ensuite bathroom.
The Master Bath continues the nature-inspired narrative through a combination of contemporary craftsmanship and preserved heritage elements. An elliptical double vanity, curved thermoformable engineered feature wall, grand Jacuzzi soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower create a private wellness sanctuary, while a hand-painted botanical wallcovering and bespoke leaf-shaped pendant add organic detail. A vibrant mosaic feature wall is integrated with the original Breche de Benou marble, creating a dialogue between the suite’s heritage and its contemporary design.

A Commitment to Responsible Luxury
Sustainability is thoughtfully woven throughout the residence through intelligent technology, responsible material choices and the preservation of existing elements. Motion-activated sensors place the air-conditioning and lighting systems into energy-saving eco mode when the suite is unoccupied, while eco-certified materials and low-VOC finishes support indoor air quality.
Premium oak finishes, engineered timber flooring and CRI Green Label Plus-certified carpets balance environmental responsibility with residential elegance. In the Master Bath, the original Breche de Benou marble has been preserved and complemented by a curved thermoformable engineered feature wall, the first of its kind in Singapore, reducing material waste while retaining an important element of the property’s heritage.

Together, these considered interventions create a residence where craftsmanship, wellbeing and responsible design coexist seamlessly with the timeless luxury synonymous with The St. Regis.
The reimagined Presidential Suite marks a new chapter for The St. Regis Singapore, bringing together nature-inspired design, contemporary residential living, art and highly personalised service. From private celebrations and intimate gatherings to moments of quiet retreat, the residence is designed to adapt effortlessly to every occasion, offering a distinctive expression of modern St. Regis living.
