Come one come all to The Brasserie at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur for their new menu launch. The Brasserie is renowned for paying homage to the rich tapestry of flavours around the country by sourcing the freshest produce from 14 states in Malaysia, to deliver only the freshest items that entice our taste buds.

With “Local Harvest and Exquisite Flavours” as the theme, The Brasserie is paying homage to Malaysia’s diverse agriculture by sourcing farm-direct ingredients locally while supporting sustainability. From the landscapes of Kedah to the pristine waters of Sabah, each ingredient reflects the unique flavours of our gastronomic legacy.

Curated by executive chef Azizi Taslim, take a look at the highlights from the latest menu that expertly blends modern European cooking techniques with locally source ingredients:

A highlight of their menu is the restaurant’s signature dish, London Lobster Noodles. This exquisite dish seamlessly blends Malaysian flavors with European culinary techniques. Crafted with the freshest local premium ingredients, it promises an unforgettable dining experience.

The combination of Malaysian and European flavours add a harmonious fusion that captures the two worlds. This signature dish is also available as a western style lobster Tagliatelle. The Pithivier de Louise, a combination of angus tenderloin, savoy cabbage with foie gras, looks impressive and taste even better! With this array of diverse choices, every guest can find a dish that satisfies their cravings.

Great food is meant to be shared with great company. The Brasserie offers a communal dining experience designed to ensure you enjoy both. Their extensive menu features everything from seafood platters to vegetarian delights, including their signature Heirloom tomato salad (sourced from Genting Highlands), Oyster platter and Grilled octopus. Indulge in a culinary journey from appetisers to desserts, crafted to perfection just for you.

Sip on a refreshing mocktail from a range of options (Lemon Honey Fizz, Lychee Lime Mint, Berry Blues) and conclude your meal on a sweet note with the Chocolate & Peanut Bar. The delightful dessert that consists of chocolate sable, Dulce De Leche, peanut cream, Kelantan chocolate cremeux, and peanut butter ice cream is simply heavenly.
