Rejoice, movie buffs! As one of Malaysia’s premier film exhibition companies, TGV Cinemas continues to establish its name in the cinema industry by opening 5 new cinemas in various locations this month.
With more than 22 premier multiplexes under its wing, TGV Cinemas is now one of the pioneer in the cinema industry – and it’s not hard to see why. The new cinemas are expected to arrive on December 17th and December 24th respectively.

- AEON Bukit Mertajam, Seberang Prai
- AEON Seri Manjung, Perak
- Imperial City Mall, Miri, Sarawak
24 December 2014
- AEON Mall Kulai Jaya, Johor
- Jaya Shopping Mall, Section 14, Petaling Jaya
Malaysia’s first innovative concept cinema, Beanieplex is expected to arrive at TGV Jaya Mall and TGV Imperial City Mall. So far there are 4 IMAX theatres in Malaysia but there’s no information regarding a new IMAX theatre yet. However, it was reported that free screenings and promotions are expected on the opening day of the cinemas.
