Stratosphere at The Roof is proud to present “Dining Under The Stars”, a 4-course dining experience exclusive only for 25 couples on 16th May 2015 from 7pm onwards.
Couples can look forward to a special treat from award winning chef duo, Chef Boone and Chef Desmond from Signature at The Roof who will compliment the dining ritual with the following menu; entrée includes Wild Mushroom Soup and Salad Nociose, a choice of main between Chicken Royale, Surf & Turf or Rack of Lamb and ‘Romantic Trio’ (Chocolate Truffle, Apple Crumble and Panacota with Ginger Dust) for dessert.
To enhance each course, couples can opt for the wine pairing menu that will perfectly harmonizes every bite!
