CNCPTS and Sperry have come together to create the footwear of the summer with their Dawn To Dusk collection. This vibrant lineup reimagines Sperry’s classic Authentic Original boat shoe in five new, dazzling colourways for you to choose from.
CNCPTS first opened their doors in 1996, melding the worlds of street, skating, and fashion years before this was commonplace. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, this streetwear store has spread its wings far and wide, from Boston to New York and Dubai to China, pushing the boundaries of the fashion world along the way. Their collaboration with Sperry is another step towards expanding their reach while providing exceptional apparel.
Conversely, Sperry are an American brand founded in 1935 known for their exceptional boat shoes. They’re largely famous for their use of high-quality suede material in footwear, and they make no exception in this latest collaboration. Each piece of fashionable foot gear from the Dawn To Dusk collection is constructed with premium textured, hairy suede, creating an exceptionally breathable yet stylish piece.
However, the Dawn To Dusk collection offers more than just a colourful twist, as their footwear also showcases some prep style and streetwear influences. Each shoe features a double-thick translucent rubber outsole with a textured base for enhanced traction, through which you will notice the CNCPTS logo.
These pieces also feature reflective flecked laces that are secured with clear toggle clasps and Sperry’s 360° Lacing System, so you can create the perfect fit for you. The shoes also boast a rounded moc-toe upper, leather-lined insoles, and cup-sole construction.
And to seal the deal, a co-branded tongue tag highlights the partnership between these two fashion giants.
As mentioned earlier, the Dawn To Dusk collection is available in five different styles, inspired by the five vibrant colours of sunrises and sunsets: Ember Rise (orange), Dawn Blush (pink), Morning Mist (green), Dusk Navy (blue), and Violet Veil (purple).
The CNCPTS x Sperry Dawn To Dusk Collection is available for purchase for US$150 (~RM704) via the CNCPTS official site, with a broader release expected on Sperry’s webstore soon.
