By tapping into the voices of 374 participants, the survey reveals which celebrities have captured the hearts and imaginations of South Korea’s gay male audience in the first half of 2024. The results highlight a wide range of influential figures from various sectors of the entertainment industry, showcasing the diverse tastes and interests of the community.
1. Son Suk Goo
- Votes: 45
- Percentage: 3.51%
Leading the pack is Son Suk Goo (손석구), the celebrated actor known for his compelling performances in films like “The Drug King” and the critically acclaimed series “D.P.”. With 45 votes, or 3.51% of the total vote, the actor claims the top spot as the most admired celebrity among South Korean gay men. His impressive acting skills and charming on-screen presence have clearly left a lasting impact on the community.
2. Lee Jun Hyuk
- Votes: 43
- Percentage: 3.35%

6. Wi Ha Joon

10. Greg Hsu Kuang Han

Completing the top 10 is Taiwanese actor Greg Hsu Kuang Han (許光漢), who secured 17 votes (1.33%). The international star is the only non-Korean in the top 10 who has captured the hearts of South Korean gay men.
