Many Malaysians are choosing healthier food options every day, including our snack intake, as we are becoming more health conscious. Making time and effort to cook wholesome, mouthwatering meals can be difficult, let alone making time for wholesome snacks.

We frequently grab anything we can find to eat because we are short on time. While eating unhealthy food now could be a quick fix, doing so over the long run can have leave major negative impacts on our health. Therefore, the best and easiest method to satisfy ravenous cravings and picky palates is with easy, ready-to-eat snacks that don’t skimp on nutrition.

It is for this reason that we have snacks like Munchy’s Crackers Plus, which are wholesomely crafted with 10 nutrients, including vitamins (A, B1, C, and B6), calcium, iron, zinc, folic acid, copper, and selenium. These crispy, flaky delights provide you with gratifying pleasure in every bite and are free of cholesterol and trans fats.

Three scrumptious flavours of Munchy’s Crackers Plus are available: Original High Calcium, High Protein Chia Seeds, and High Fibre Whole Grain. You can take these crunchy-licious biscuits with you everywhere for a healthy snack break at any time because they are available in two pack sizes (3-pack: 300g at RM4.80, and 7-pack: 700g at RM10.90).

CEO of Munchy’s Malaysia, Rodney Wong shared, “Snacks can be an important part of our diet to provide energy in the middle of the day, or after exercise. Enjoying a healthy snack between meals also helps to curb your hunger cravings, preventing from overeating during meal times later. As Malaysians, we love to eat, but frequent consumption of unhealthy snacks can lead to health issues in the long run. This is why at Munchy’s, we want to advocate the importance of choosing healthier snacks, which not only satisfy your tastebuds, but also provide the micronutrients our bodies need. Munchy’s Crackers Plus was created for consumers to snack healthily by providing the nourishment of 10 different nutrients in a tasty treat that’s baked to perfection!”

But that’s not all, catch a Munchy’s X AirAsia Ride and get free samples!
