Hong Kong actress Sisley Choi (蔡思貝) has recently spoken out about her status at TVB, officially announcing her departure from the broadcast and artist management company. The news comes after months-long speculation about her departure.
On 12th March 2026 (Thursday), Sisley shared a post on Instagram, officially breaking her silence on the ongoing rumours about her leaving TVB. The actress wrote in Chinese and English that she has left the company after 13 years. She said, “Thirteen years — a chapter beautifully completed. Farewell greenhouse, the tree is now stepping into the wilderness.”
Sisley also thanked TVB, saying, “All the joys and hardships has been a precious lesson,” before noting that there’s still a chance for her to work with the broadcaster in the future. She also mentioned her colleagues and friends in the Hong Kong entertainment industry, asking for patience and guidance as she enters a new chapter in her career.
Previously, netizens speculated that Sisley had quietly ended her contract with TVB after noticing that her profile was no longer on the TVB Artiste website. The 35-year-old also hinted at a major shift in her life in her birthday post from early February, writing, “Red for rebirth. Chrome for clarity. Black for the fire’s shadow. This year, the story begins again.”
