RK Live is ecstatic to announce MAX’s first live performance in Kuala Lumpur. This 10th May 2026 (Sunday), MAX is putting on a one-night-only show at Vox Live KL for fans to dance to the catchiest of pop anthems, packaged into an unforgettable, high-energy performance.
Labelled as a “Young Pop God” by GQ and a “top popstar to watch” by Billboard, MAX has come a long way since the breakout success of his major-label debut album “Hell’s Kitchen Angel”. His latest album, “LOVE IN STEREO”, has garnered over half a billion streams, made the Spotify Viral Charts in over 20 countries, and was trending on social media.

Having won the title of Best Pop Artist at the Asia Artist Awards (2020) and nominated as Best Pop Artist at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards, it is no surprise that MAX looks forward to performing for fans on this side of the world. MAX is best known for his 2016 Triple-Platinum certified hit “Lights Down Low” – a song which peaked within the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 and defined the 2016 music era.
His collaborative work over the years with the likes of HUH YUNJIN of LE SSERAFIM, SUGA of BTS, JAY of ENHYPEN, keshi, and more have churned out addictive, chart-topping hits – including Platinum-certified single “Butterflies (feat. Ali Gatie)” off his third album “LOVE IN STEREO”, which peaked at #1 on the Viral Charts.
This May, MAX brings his Kuala Lumpur show to life with a collision of nostalgic favourites and forward-looking pop. Joined by Adrian Danial (of indie band Midnight Fusic) as the opening act, this limited-capacity night promises an electrifying run of hits built for the dancefloor. Ticket sales began on 27th March 2026 (Friday) via Ticketmelon.
