Singapore has been selected as the final destination of BTS’s “The City” project this year, label Big Hit Music said Monday.
The city-state will be the only host of the citywide initiative in Southeast Asia.
The group has four shows planned in Singapore in December — on the 17th, 19th, 20th and 22nd — at the National Stadium.
But fans there will be able to enjoy the project throughout the month, with a slew of major institutions and landmarks participating.
Multimedia attractions will take over, from an airport to the national museum as well as a wildlife reserve; BTS music will play along a trail at the national gallery; and fireworks choreographed to the group’s music will light up at theme parks.
BTS is set to resume its tour on Nov. 19 in Kaohsiung, Taipei.
