In just a few days time, our Muslim friends will be celebrating the holy month of Ramadan. This means, they will have to wake up as early as 4:30am every morning for sahur (pre-dawn meal). Else, if they skip the meal, they’ll end up starving the entire day until they break their fast!

Alright, we get it, it can be quite a challenge to drag yourself away from your bed at such an hour. But what if we told you that you can actually hire someone to help wake you up for sahur? Apparently, a few merchants on Shopee have offered such services on the e-commerce platform!

As revealed by a local portal, there are quite a handful of these special sahur wake up call services offered online for the singles out there. Interestingly enough, the merchants also offered reasonable prices (ranging from as low as RM2 to RM50 per day), depending on the customer’s preference.

Through the details provided, there are also a few sellers offering special packages for interested customers. Among those include texts, voice notes and also phone calls. If you feel like waking up to a few sweet nothings in your ear, simply add some extra charges and the caller will address you as “baby” or “sayang”!
