When nature calls, people need to go. However, it seems someone recently took this literally when poop was found on the seats of a karaoke joint in Johor.
The incident reportedly happened on Sunday (30th July) at a local karaoke joint in Johor Bahru. Needless to say, the staff and netizens weren’t too impressed when it was discovered.
According to reports, the excrement had been discovered by one of the karaoke joint’s staff members. Said staff later uploaded a video of the discovery to their socials. The video showed several pieces of poop lying innocently on the room’s plush seats, as though someone had decided to squat down and defecate then and there.
To make matters worse, the video highlighted the toilets which had been right outside the room. Many agreed that it would not have been an issue for anyone to step outside and walk the short distance to the toilet to do their big business in peace. The staff also made it clear in his rant that he suspected it was the work of one of their customers.
Many were quick to voice their opinions on the matter. “They must have lost themselves in singing, and accidently pooped on the sofa,” one theorised. Another also pointed out how disgusting it would have been to accidently sit on it. “The room is dark so (it would have been) hard to spot,” they said.
However, the same staff who uploaded the video later explained they had discovered who had done the deed. “Before (anyone) misunderstands, (it was apparently) cat poop. Case closed,” he reportedly stated. But, it seems they are currently working on figuring out how the cat came in.
Well, we’re certainly happy to know that not everyone has lost their sanity to the point of taking a dump on karaoke seats in public. We sincerely hope they manage to find ways to peacefully prevent the cat from pooping on their seats!
