Guests may choose from seven varieties of flavours, offering a diverse selection that ranges from signature
classics to innovative new creations.

Taking centre stage is the abalone and scallop rice dumpling, Shang Palace’s signature creation. This indulgent delicacy features glutinous rice filled with premium abalone, dried scallops, chestnuts, salted egg yolk, chicken, duck, mushrooms and dried shrimp, delivering a rich and savoury flavour with a fragrant finish. Equally satisfying is the Cantonese-style rice dumpling, a classic favourite filled with chestnuts, salted egg yolk, chicken, duck, mushrooms and dried shrimp, offering a well-balanced and comforting taste.

Adding a distinctive local touch this year are two new creations inspired by Malaysian flavours. The ayam percik dice dumpling features glutinous rice filled with spiced minced chicken, infused with aromatic Malay herbs and the signature essence of ayam percik, resulting in a fragrant and mildly spiced profile.
