Guests will begin their meal with a delicate Pan-Seared Scallop with Tomato and Olive Salsa, followed by a comforting Roasted Pumpkin Soup. The main selections feature a range of exceptional cuts for steak lovers, from Australian Wagyu MB7 Tomahawk and MB7–MB9 Ribeye, to Angus Beef Wellington with Foie Gras, as well as premium options including Japanese Wagyu A5 Miyazaki, Japanese Kobe A5, and the latest crowd favourite, Korean MiGyeongSan Hanwoo 1++.
For those who prefer non-beef choices, Maria’s SteakCafe also offers New Zealand Lamb Cutlet, Grilled Salmon Fillet, Atlantic White Cod, Lobster Thermidor, and the timeless Roast Turkey, ensuring there’s something to please every festive craving.
