Kanye West apparently thinks that the music in “Deadpool 2” sounds like his own. And he took to Twitter this morning (Wednesday, 13th June) to let it be known.
Fortunately for everyone, Ryan Reynolds took notice.
“I love both ‘Deadpool’ movies [fire emojis] I heard tracks in it that sound similar to mine…bro I would have cleared my music for ‘Deadpool’,”the 41-year-old rapper tweeted. He didn’t seem upset though. In fact, he went on to praise the franchise for being innovative and even offered his music assistance.
West continued, “your guys writing and approach is so innovative … I love how you guys break the 4th wall… thank you for being innovative and please know I’m down to clear next time“. Within an hour, Reynolds replied with a tongue-in-cheek response.
