On Christmas Eve, we wrote that world-famous comedian Russell Peters is currently on the road with the “Almost Famous World Tour” and surprise, surprise, Malaysia has been listed as one of his stops! Organisers LOL Events announced that the show will be held on 10th April 2015 at Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam.
We know what you’re thinking! When can you get your hands on ’em tickets, right? LOL Events just confirmed that the tickets will be available to the public on 24th Jan at 10am (local time) via Ticketpro. Fans can either purchase the tickets online or Tickets can be purchased online or at Ticketpro’s outlets, with tickets ranging from RM128 to RM458.
To be fair to Russell Peters’ adoring fans in Malaysia, customers are only allowed a maximum of 10 tickets will be allowed per transaction/customer. Tickets for disabled customers are only available from Ticketpro outlets at RM150 and will be require the presentation of a PWD card.
Pre-sale tickets will be available exclusively for fans who subscribe to LOL Events’ newsletter. A limited amount of tickets which includes front row seats can be retained only through Ticketpro’s website on 21st Jan from 10am (local time) with the use of a promo code.

LOL Events will be publishing the Russell Peters Fan Pre-Sale promo code in its upcoming newsletter and all you need to do is to key in the promo code in order to secure tickets which will only be available through online purchase.
The “Almost Famous World Tour” promises all new material featuring observational comedy, highlighting Russell Peters’ opinions on ethnic and cultural stereotypes, jobs, the usage of cell phones and dating.
The tour will also see appearances by Russell’s Official Tour DJ and an opening act.
