“In light of this development, we have reported to KKM (Ministry of Health Malaysia, MoH) and will work with the government to mitigate the situation and take all necessary and relevant precautions to protect the Rotiboy communities, partners and the general public,” Rotiboy Malaysia stated.

In compliance with the guidelines given by the MoH, Rotiboy Malaysia also revealed that they will carry out the following:

  • Activate their crisis team to manage the situation.
  • Immediate closure of Rotiboy Malaysia’s headquarters in Rawang to carry out deep cleaning, disinfection and sanitisation.
  • Carry out close contact and co-worker tracing of the infected employee for swab testing and quarantine instructions.

To curb the spread of the deadly Covid-19 outbreak, which is now entering its third wave in Malaysia, we believe it’s better for us to stay indoors and comply to the SOPs issued by the MoH. #KitaJagaKita.
