Richard Durand kick starts the fun this August!
Known for his dynamic sound that fuses the best of trance and progressive with edgy techno and electro influences, Dutch DJ, Richard Durand has the ability to work crowds into a frenzy through his performances. As a producer, Durand first gained worldwide fame when Tiësto personally asked him to remix four different singles including “Lethal Industry” and “Flight 643”.
A remix of Armin van Buuren’s “In And Out Of Love” followed alongside hugely popular reworks of famous tracks including Prodigy’s “Smack My B*tch Up” and Snow Patrol’s “Chasing Cars”. Durand released his debut album, Always The Sun, in 2009 and following in the success of his debut album, Durand released his second album Wide Awake in 2011.
With a successful career on the go, Durand makes for one of the most demanded DJs worldwide and thanks to our friends at Asahi Super Dry, Richard Durand will kick start the party this August at Play Club @ The Roof on Friday.
