Heritage Moroccan coffee label Bacha Coffee invites guests to savour Malaysia’s rich flavours with an exclusive, limited-time menu, available from 30 September to 11 October 2026 at Bacha Coffee Suria KLCC and The Exchange TRX.
Inspired by Malaysia’s vibrant culinary tapestry and brought to life through Bacha Coffee’s signature savoir-faire, the exclusive Race Day Menu presents a refined interpretation of tantalising local favourites. From a luxurious take on a Malaysian classic to indulgent creations crafted with the finest ingredients, each dish unfolds with its own distinctive character, redefining familiar tastes into exceptional experiences. Thoughtfully paired with a selection of over 200 varieties of 100% Arabica speciality coffees, the menu creates an intriguing interplay of coffee aromas and delectable gourmet flavours, leaving a lasting impression that endures beyond the chequered flag.

- Fragrance of the Straits (Lobster Nasi Lemak) – An elevated rendition of one of Malaysia’s most cherished culinary classics. Fragrant coconut rice is crowned with succulent butter-poached lobster, complemented by traditional accompaniments that bring together layers of savoury, spicy and aromatic flavours. This heritage-inspired creation pays homage to the beloved Malaysian staple, bringing its familiar character to the table with a refined and sumptuous touch.
