Summer may be over, but that doesn’t mean the celebrations are. Earlier this week, event organiser Vox Nation Live teased fans with news that a K-pop idol would be performing in Malaysia this December. The only clue they gave was “Queen of Summer”.
Many fans submitted their guesses as to who the idol could be – and it seems the majority were right. Yesterday (Thursday, 16th October), it was officially announced that soloist Kwon Eunbi (권은비) will be bringing her “THE RED” tour to Malaysia at the end of the year! Here are the details:
Former IZ*ONE member Kwon Eunbi made her solo debut in 2021 with her mini album “Open”, shortly after her group disbanded. The record earned her nominations for Rookie of the Year at the 36th Golden Disc Awards, Best New Female Artist at the 2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards, and Rookie of the Year at the 31st Seoul Music Awards, as well as a win for Best Emotive Singer at the 2021 Asia Artist Awards.
Since her viral performance at the WATERBOMB music festival in 2023, the idol has been affectionately dubbed the “Queen of Summer”. Eunbi returned to the festival the following years, receiving just as much praise and recognition. Now, she’s set to light up the Kuala Lumpur stage with her “THE RED” tour, giving fans everything they’ve been eagerly waiting for. Without further ado, here are the details of the upcoming show:

As seen in the posters above, fans will be able to enjoy various benefits depending on the tickets purchased. Early bird GA tickets will go on sale via Ticketmelon from Saturday, 19th October at 11am until Monday, 21st October at 11am, while general ticket sales will open on Monday, 21st October.
